How to book

We recommend you look at our Sailing Opportunities and the boats we use at each venue to help decide which would be the best for your needs and aspirations before booking. Please contact us to discuss by email or use the Contact form.

Alton Water

Individual sailing members (or up to 4 sailors in a group) can book these sessions online from this website. (Click on Book online, then Alton Water Sailing Sessions and select the session you require and follow the on screen instructions). You do need to be an active member to book online.

If this is your first visit please feel free just to come along, have a chat, see what we do and hopefully go for a sail!

However, during busy periods priority will be given to sailors who have previously booked online. By booking in advance it helps us ensure we have enough volunteers to run the session

When you book online you have a choice choice of boat. Please just click on your selection and follow the on screen prompts. Payment is not taken and you can cancel free of charge at anytime.

Please note - Sessions may be cancelled at short notice if the weather is poor. Call 07375 915 777 before travelling for a recorded message giving details of whether the session is to be run that day.

To arrange a Group bookings please contact the Project Coordinator by email or use the Contact form.

You can view your bookings (Login) through the members portal and click on Bookings and Allocations. Or the actual event itself from the calendar.

You will receive booking and ticket confirmation by email.

Woolverstone

Due to a high demand these session are scheduled up six months in advance. Currently, we have a waiting list for the Wheelyboat and there are a few Sonar spaces still available.

Please contact our Project Coordinator by email or via the Contact form for availability and to book.

You can view your bookings by going to our website (login) through the members portal and click on Bookings and Allocations.

You will receive booking and ticket confirmations for your bookings by email in advance of your session. You can change or cancel your booking at anytime up to 14 days before free of charge. After which time cancellation fees are applied. Please read our Terms and Conditions.
